We jammed in so many ocean swims and had epic games of frisbee on the beach every day. Seriously, walking to The Oasis and Pacific Fair for shopping was such a vibe, and we even caught the sunset like a bunch of legends. Totally recommend it!

If only there were some cool party spots nearby to hit up at night! It would’ve made the stay even more lit for us young party animals.

This was a very good stay on many holidays at different. The staff members were all very friendly, the rooms were a nice size with dishwasher, bedroom, for instance. Its location was optimal and quiet, close to everything, and in a very nice area. Broadbeach district was worth exploring.

The place is great and has awesome location to the cafes. Relaxing and perfect rooms are accompanied by welcoming service...

The staff here are really responsive and helpful. the rooms have been recently remodeled and are nicely furnished, plus they offer fantastic views of the coastline from the balcony. 🌊.

Only a short distance to attractions, including skypoint observation deck. The hotel was placed close to the beach;)))

The view

The decor is substandard and the quarters smell musty. Facilities E.G. lift, car park door and sauna frequently not working. Appliances old and not working. Furnishings unclean.

We had the same apartment with fantastic views of the coastline, which we booked online—definitely appreciated that! the location is incredible, just steps away from the shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. There’s a lovely local café and playgrounds nearby, making it super convenient for everyone. Local transport options are great too, putting everything right at our doorstep!

We have stayed here before but this time the apartment was extremely tired, and some of the furniture was badly stained.The lift also was very slow. as we were staying on the 15th floor.

I found the first thing the management staff not very friendly or Helpful :( the apartment was dirty it needs a major clean out kitchen draws, cupboards etc needs more cleaning products in the room so you can keep cleaning. The kitchen window had a major grease lining. The pillow blankets were dirty smelly the whole apartment had a BO smell. The couch also smelt, in general the whole apartment needs a spring clean and up grate of furniture.

Boulevard Towers On Broadbeach offers an excellent experience with its stunning location right next to the shops, restaurants, and bars of Broadbeach. You're just a short stroll away from the park and more dining options, making it very convenient. the staff are amazing, friendly, and provide exceptional service. the recently renovated room is spacious and comfortable, featuring a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge. Plus, the large bathroom includes a wonderful bath.

Location on the beach was great. Close to shops. Cost was pretty good. Pool and spa were nice.

Very noisy due to construction works next door which started at 6:30 am. Room were only modest. Tv old style crt. Small balcony.

The spacious rooms and great beach view were definite highlights. we found the cleanliness could use some improvement, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms. While the pool was perfect for the kids and we appreciated the direct access from our apartment, it did get quite hot in the bedrooms due to the lack of air conditioning. despite some areas needing attention, it was a pleasant stay, and we'd recommend it to friends.

The spa @ the end of the day was excellent.

Great facilities, excellent location and nice views. We will book again and again. Boulevard is spot on for value. Perfect for families. It is directly opposite patrolled beach with very little through traffic. Our family loved the spa and updated pool area.
